Vision
To be India's most trusted boutique project management consultancy, known for transforming complex, large-scale projects into lasting built legacies. We envision a future where Yellow Brush is the first name that real estate developers, corporate occupiers, and hospitality leaders turn to when precision, leadership, and design sensibility must come together as one seamless force.
The Balewadi coworking project was one of Yellow Brush's defining early engagements as an independent project management consultancy. Commissioned under Beyond Design, this fast-tracked interior fit-out required the kind of hands-on leadership and multi-stakeholder coordination that only comes with decades of experience on complex project sites. The project demanded an accelerated delivery schedule without any compromise on quality or design intent. Priya led the entire project lifecycle from the ground up, assembling and managing a diverse team of architects, interior design consultants, MEP engineers, and specialty vendors. Every decision, major or minor, was owned and driven by her to ensure the project stayed firmly on track at every stage. A critical part of the engagement was devising vendor strategies specifically tailored to the Civil and Interior works as well as all MEP requirements. Cost benchmarking, delivery scheduling, and installation sequencing were all planned and monitored with meticulous attention to ensure zero last-minute surprises for the client or the business stakeholders. Stakeholder communication was handled with the same rigor as the on-site execution. Regular updates, escalation protocols, and risk mitigation plans were shared proactively, keeping all parties aligned and confident throughout the project duration. The result was a contemporary, functional coworking environment delivered on time and within scope, setting the tone for Yellow Brush's reputation as a consultancy that brings corporate-grade project discipline to every engagement it takes on.
The Ahmedabad corporate fit-out stands as one of Yellow Brush's most ambitious and technically demanding engagements. Spanning an expansive 3.0 lakh square feet, this landmark project involved the complete interior fit-out of a state-of-the-art integrated corporate office for a leading pharma organization, bringing together high-specification architectural design, advanced interior finishes, and complex MEP infrastructure under one seamlessly managed delivery framework. Priya served as the Project Lead and single point of accountability for the entire engagement, overseeing a multi-layered ecosystem of stakeholders including the Client, the Developer, MEP Consultants, Interior Design teams, and specialized execution vendors. Her role demanded equal parts strategic governance and on-ground decisiveness, ensuring that no gap existed between what was designed and what was delivered. One of the most technically critical aspects of this project was the synthesis of Architecture, Interior Design, and MEP systems across such a large floor plate. Priya spearheaded comprehensive clash detection and resolution protocols, identifying and resolving design conflicts before they reached the site, thereby protecting both the project timeline and the integrity of the design vision. This level of technical foresight is rarely seen outside of large PMC firms and reflects the depth of expertise Yellow Brush brings to every engagement. Navigating Ahmedabad's specific developer compliance requirements added another layer of complexity to the project. Local regulatory frameworks, climatic considerations, and developer-specific guidelines were all factored into the project plan from the outset, ensuring smooth approvals and sustainable, high-performance outcomes for the end user. Vendor management across this scale required both strategic thinking and sharp commercial acumen. Priya led rigorous cost comparisons, negotiations, and delivery scheduling across multiple vendor categories, maintaining quality benchmarks across every discipline without allowing costs to spiral beyond the approved budget framework. The completed office stands as a testament to what disciplined, design-aware project management can achieve at scale. It is a project that reflects not just the technical capabilities of Yellow Brush, but the consultancy's core belief that the best spaces are born from the strongest foundations of planning, coordination, and leadership.
The Mumbai engagement with a leading electrical services company represented a unique and highly specialized mandate for Yellow Brush. Unlike traditional fit-out or construction projects, this assignment placed Priya at the heart of the organization's internal project governance framework, tasked with building and administering the systems, processes, and controls that the company needed to manage its projects with greater discipline, transparency, and efficiency. As Project Control and Information Manager, Priya's primary responsibility was to establish a robust, end-to-end document control ecosystem. This involved designing and implementing an Electronic Document Management System that ensured 100 percent version compliance across all project disciplines at all times. In an industry where outdated drawings and miscommunicated revisions can lead to costly rework and delays, this system became the backbone of the organization's project delivery infrastructure. Beyond documentation, Priya took full ownership of project performance reporting. Weekly and monthly reports were developed and delivered to senior leadership, tracking schedule adherence, cost performance, and milestone completion with a level of clarity and consistency that enabled real-time decision making at the highest levels of the organization. These were not routine status updates but carefully structured intelligence tools that gave leadership genuine visibility into the health of every active project. Change management was another critical pillar of this engagement. Priya drove the change control process from initiation through to closure, maintaining a comprehensive audit trail of every scope, schedule, and cost impact across the project lifecycle. This brought a level of commercial discipline and accountability to the organization that significantly reduced disputes and improved client confidence. To further strengthen the organization's project governance, Priya designed and maintained KPI dashboards that consolidated performance data across multiple projects and teams. These dashboards dramatically reduced reporting turnaround time and gave stakeholders at every level a clear, consistent picture of project health without the need for time-consuming manual reporting cycles. Risk and issue management was handled with equal rigor. Priya maintained detailed Risk and Issue Registers, coordinating mitigation actions across engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure that emerging risks were identified early and addressed before they could impact delivery. As the single point of contact for all project documentation queries, transmittals, and formal information requests, she also served as the critical communication link between all project disciplines, ensuring that information flowed accurately, promptly, and without ambiguity across the entire organization. This engagement is a strong reflection of Yellow Brush's versatility as a consultancy. It demonstrates that Priya's expertise extends well beyond site execution into the deeper organizational systems that determine whether a company delivers projects with consistency and confidence or struggles with the chaos that poor governance inevitably creates.
