Global Banking Campus, Kharadi, Pune

The Global Banking Campus engagement at Kharadi, Pune represents the most comprehensive and multidimensional project of Priya's distinguished career. Deployed as DGM Projects through ISS Facility Services, she served as the on-ground leadership resource for one of India's most prominent banking campuses, managing a scope of work that went far beyond conventional project management into the realms of design curation, inventory governance, and campus experience enhancement.

Project Management and Delivery

Project Management and Delivery

At the core of this engagement was the end-to-end management of multiple simultaneous projects across the Global Campus. Priya spearheaded project planning, cost estimation, timeline development, and budget management using advanced scheduling and cost-estimating tools. Every project was delivered with a sharp focus on quality, timeliness, and budget adherence, navigating a complex internal client environment that included all business verticals of a globally regulated financial institution. Risk mitigation was a constant and critical responsibility. Internal and external risks were identified, assessed, and addressed proactively, with timely decisions made on plans, budgets, and coordination to prevent any impact on delivery. Cost variations and non-tendered items were managed with commercial rigor, ensuring that the client's financial interests were protected at every stage.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Stakeholder Collaboration

Operating within a global banking environment meant working with an exceptionally diverse and demanding stakeholder ecosystem. Priya maintained close coordination with the client's internal business verticals, architects, interior designers, project management consultants, commercial and finance teams, sourcing departments, and supply chain management teams. Her ability to communicate clearly and decisively across all these layers, while keeping every party aligned to a common delivery objective, was central to the success of this engagement.

Design Curation & Inventory Management

Design Curation & Inventory Management

One of the most distinctive and creatively rewarding aspects of this role was the responsibility for design curation across the campus. Priya revitalized workspaces through the strategic placement of art and artifacts, curating decorative collections that enhanced recreational areas, guest zones, and collaborative spaces throughout the campus. She developed rotating curation concepts to continuously refresh interiors and elevate the employee and guest experience, sourcing exclusive curios and art pieces through focused research from across India. This work required not just an eye for aesthetics but a deep understanding of how designed environments influence the people who inhabit them every day. Managing the art, furniture, and decor assets of a campus of this scale required a dedicated and disciplined inventory framework. Priya built and maintained a comprehensive digital inventory system, cataloging and tracking every artifact, furniture piece, and decorative element across the campus. She oversaw the safe handling and relocation of design items, planned future acquisitions, and trained teams on inventory and curation best practices. The inventory system was also prepared for integration with RFID-based tracking technology, reflecting a forward-thinking approach to asset management that aligned with the client's global standards for operational excellence.

Restoration Works

Restoration Works

Beyond curation and acquisition, Priya managed the ongoing restoration and maintenance of the campus's art and furniture assets. She assessed artworks, carpets, rugs, and loose furniture for repair needs, coordinated with specialist vendors and supply chain partners for restoration services, and provided technical guidance to on-site teams to reduce the frequency of repeat repairs. This holistic approach to asset care ensured that the campus consistently maintained the premium aesthetic standard expected of a globally regulated financial institution. The Global Banking Campus engagement is a testament to the breadth and depth of what Priya brings to every role she takes on. It is a project that demanded a rare combination of corporate project management discipline, creative design intelligence, stakeholder leadership, and operational precision, and it is one she delivered with distinction across nearly four years of continuous engagement.
