Mission
To be the most reliable and detail-driven project management partner for India's leading hospitality developers and hotel operators, bringing together cross-functional coordination, commercial discipline, and an intuitive understanding of brand standards to deliver hotel projects that are built not just to specification but to inspire. We treat every hospitality engagement as a unique creative and operational challenge, approaching each project with the precision of a project manager and the sensitivity of a designer.
Vision
To redefine hospitality project delivery in India by combining rigorous project management discipline with a deep appreciation for the art of hotel design, guest experience, and brand identity. We envision a future where Yellow Brush is the first name that hospitality developers and hotel operators turn to when they need a partner who understands that delivering a great hotel is not just about building a structure but about creating an experience that begins long before the first guest arrives.
The Hyatt Dehradun project was a prestigious hospitality furniture engagement that placed Priya at the helm of one of the most detail-intensive categories of hotel delivery. Supplying and installing loose and fixed furniture across 144 keys and 18 suite rooms demanded an exceptionally high standard of product quality, finishing precision, and installation coordination that is simply not comparable to routine corporate fit-out work. Hospitality projects of this nature are governed by the exacting brand standards of the hotel operator, and Hyatt is among the most discerning names in global luxury hospitality. Every furniture piece, from the largest fixed installation to the smallest loose element, had to meet Hyatt's specifications precisely and consistently across every room. Priya worked in close coordination with the factory production team to ensure quality in product finishing from the very beginning of the manufacturing process, identifying and resolving any finishing concerns before materials reached the site. Coordination with the purchase team was equally critical, ensuring that raw materials reached the factory on schedule and that finished goods were delivered to site in the correct sequence for installation. Project plans were structured in logical, disciplined steps using sophisticated scheduling and cost-estimating tools, with every milestone mapped to the hotel's handover timeline. Mock-up presentations were prepared and presented to the hotel operator and client team, allowing for review and sign-off before full-scale production and installation commenced. Cost variations and non-tendered items were managed and closed with the client in a transparent and professional manner throughout the engagement. The result was the flawless delivery of a complete furniture package for a luxury Hyatt property, meeting every brand standard and handover deadline with the precision that this iconic hospitality name demands.
The Marriott portfolio engagement represented one of the most expansive and logistically demanding hospitality assignments of Priya's career. Managing furniture delivery and installation simultaneously across three distinct Marriott properties in three different cities required a level of multi-site coordination, supply chain discipline, and brand standard compliance that set this project apart from any single-site engagement. The largest of the three was the Marriott Courtyard, Aravalli, which involved the complete loose and fixed furniture package for 144 keys and 14 suite rooms. This was complemented by mock-up room deliveries for the Marriott Courtyard, Gorakhpur covering a Kings Room configuration, and the Marriott Westin, Hyderabad covering a Kings Room mock-up as well. Each property had its own operator requirements, site conditions, and delivery timelines, all of which had to be managed concurrently without allowing any one project to compromise the others. Priya led her teams with a clear focus on factory production quality, coordinating closely with manufacturing supervisors to ensure that every furniture piece met Marriott's brand specifications before leaving the factory floor. Purchase coordination ensured raw material availability and factory scheduling were aligned across all three properties simultaneously, preventing any bottleneck from cascading into a site delay. Mock-up presentations were a particularly important element of this engagement. For each property, mock-up rooms were prepared, installed, and presented to Marriott's hotel operators and client teams for formal review and approval before full production was authorized. This process required meticulous attention to detail, clear communication with the operator's design and brand teams, and the ability to incorporate feedback quickly and accurately into the production schedule. Cost variations and non-tendered items were managed and formally closed across all three properties, maintaining commercial clarity and client confidence throughout a complex, multi-location engagement. The successful delivery of this Marriott portfolio reflects Priya's proven capacity to manage hospitality projects at scale, across geographies, and to the uncompromising brand standards of one of the world's most recognized hotel groups.
The Taj Hotels portfolio engagement brought Priya into one of India's most iconic and heritage-rich hospitality brands, delivering furniture solutions across two distinct Taj properties with very different scopes, environments, and operator expectations. Managing both simultaneously required a refined understanding of the Taj brand ethos, exceptional attention to craft and finishing quality, and the project discipline to deliver flawlessly under the scrutiny of one of India's most respected hotel groups. At Taj Vivanta, Turbhe, the scope covered the loose and fixed furniture for the Terrace Spa and Massage Centre, a highly specialized environment where material selection, finishing quality, and spatial sensitivity are paramount. Spa environments demand a level of calm, precision, and tactile refinement that goes well beyond standard hotel room furniture, and every element delivered for this space was held to that elevated standard. At Taj Mehr, Jaipur, the engagement involved the delivery and installation of a full mock-up room covering a Kings Room, Twin Room, and Common Corridor configuration. Mock-up rooms for a brand of Taj's standing are subject to intensive review by the hotel operator's design and brand teams, and every detail from joinery quality to material finish to hardware specification must be presented to perfection before approval for full-scale production is granted. Factory production coordination was central to the success of both properties, with Priya maintaining close oversight of manufacturing quality from the earliest stages of production. Purchase team coordination ensured that raw materials were available on schedule and that factory output was timed to meet each property's installation window without delay. The delivery of furniture solutions across the Taj Hotels portfolio is among the most prestigious accomplishments of Priya's hospitality career, reflecting her ability to meet the exacting standards of India's most celebrated hospitality brand with consistency, craftsmanship, and complete project discipline.
The Novotel Hyderabad engagement marked a significant chapter in Priya's hospitality career, one that required not just professional excellence but personal commitment. Relocated specifically to Hyderabad to lead this project, Priya brought her full depth of hospitality project management experience to bear on an engagement that demanded close on-ground presence, sharp operational leadership, and the ability to build and manage a new local team in an unfamiliar city. Novotel, as part of the Accor group, operates to well-defined international brand standards that govern every aspect of the guest environment. Meeting these standards across the fit-out scope required meticulous coordination with the hotel's design and brand teams, close management of the factory production process for furniture and fit-out elements, and rigorous on-site supervision to ensure that every installation met the operator's expectations precisely. Priya led the project end to end, coordinating with clients, architects, interior designers, and project management consultants to achieve the best possible execution across all disciplines. Scheduling and cost-estimating tools were used to develop detailed project plans, with all construction site activities mapped into logical, sequenced steps aligned to the hotel's handover milestones. Special trades including carpentry, plumbing, and electrical wiring were governed with clear communication and coordination protocols, ensuring that every discipline worked in harmony rather than in conflict. Risk mitigation was handled proactively, with timely decisions made on plan, budget, and coordination matters to keep the project on track at every stage. The Novotel Hyderabad project stands as a testament to Priya's versatility, resilience, and commitment to delivery excellence, qualities that define not just her professional capability but her character as a project leader who goes wherever the project demands and delivers regardless of the challenge.
